By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to all terms, please do not access or use the Site.

The material on this Site, www.goodmeasurefinance.com (and any related pages, sub-domains, and affiliated sites), is provided by Good Measure Finance Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for educational, informational, and promotional purposes relating to business financial coaching, cash flow strategy, profit strategy, budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, KPI tracking, and related services. The owner of this Site, Good Measure Finance, and its directors, agents, employees and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequence resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take based on the information found on or material linked to on this site. To access or use our Website, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite mental capacity to enter into these Terms & Conditions. By using this Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement governing your use of the Site and any content, products, programs, services, communications, or resources offered by the Company, including those delivered through email and social media.

2. DEFINITIONS AND LANGUAGE

“You,” “User,” “Client” refers to any person who accesses the Site or purchases or uses our products or services.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Good Measure Finance Inc.
“Content” includes all text, videos, trainings, templates, downloads, worksheets, tools, emails, webinars, masterclasses, and any other materials provided by the Company.

3. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

All Content on this Site and through our programs and services is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in any Company materials constitutes, or should be relied upon as:

  • accounting or bookkeeping compliance or advice

  • tax compliance or tax strategy advice

  • legal advice regarding company financials

  • investment or financial planning advice

  • advice around compliance with CRA or IRS or other governing bodies

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, and results. You agree that you will seek professional advice from licensed or regulated professionals when appropriate.

4. ACCURACY AND NO RELIANCE

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee that any Content is complete, current, or error-free. You acknowledge that business and financial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and you agree not to rely on the Site or any services by Good Measure Finance as a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All Content is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. The absence of a copyright symbol does not mean the Content is not protected.

6. LICENSE TO USE SITE CONTENT

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial use only, where expressly provided. This is a license, not a transfer of title.

You may not, without prior written permission from the Company:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any Content

  • modify or create derivative works from the Content

  • share purchased or downloaded materials with non-purchasers

  • mirror Content on another server or platform

  • use the Content to create competing products, templates, trainings, or services

If we suspect misuse, we may terminate your access immediately without refund and pursue any available legal remedies.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND PROGRAM ACCESS

When you purchase a digital product or program, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your internal business use only. Access duration, inclusions, and delivery method are as stated on the sales page or checkout page at time of purchase. The User understands and agrees that the User will not: (i) Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through any Program on this Site, or downloaded without written permission by the Company; (ii) Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Program on this Site, or downloaded, or its content without written permission by the Company, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against the User; (iii) Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them; and (iv) the User further acknowledges and understands that any such actions including but not limited to those outlined above will likely constitute infringement and/or theft of our work, and a violation of this Agreement and Canadian law. Any requests for written permission to use any content posted on this Site shall be made before you wish to use any such content and may be made by sending an email with your written request to: support@goodmeasurefinance.com

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access if you violate these Terms, share materials, or engage in misuse.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

The Site may include links to third-party websites, tools, processors, or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

These Terms extend to Company social media pages, groups, communities, and comment sections. We may remove content or restrict users who engage in harassment, hate, unlawful conduct, or defamatory statements. Concerns should be raised privately with the Company before posting publicly.

10. TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK

With your permission, we may use testimonials, feedback, or communications for marketing and promotional purposes. Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee results.

11. PURCHASE TERMS AND ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS

Certain services (including private coaching, 90 Day 1:1 Packages, The Vault online program) may require an additional agreements. You agree to be bound by any additional terms presented at purchase or during onboarding.

12. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final for digital products, trainings, templates, workshops, and programs delivered electronically.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of the stated refund policy, we reserve the right to:

  • provide documentation to the payment processor

  • revoke access to all products and services

  • pursue lawful collection of amounts owed and associated administrative costs

13. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED

We may share results, examples, or case studies. You understand that results vary and depend on many factors including execution, timing, team capacity, market conditions, and financial starting point. We make no guarantees regarding revenue growth, profit, cash flow, debt reduction, savings, or any other business outcome.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No oral or written information provided by the Company creates any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Content, products, or services, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, missed opportunities, or any other business or financial losses.

You agree that your use of the Site and reliance on Content is voluntary and at your own risk.

17. USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT

You agree not to use the Site in a way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others. You agree to protect and defend the Company against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or from content you submit that is defamatory, obscene, criminal, or infringes third-party rights.

18. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, including Christine Labate and Good Measure Finance Inc., and their employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

19. RELEASE OF CLAIMS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Company from any and all claims of any kind arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, Content, products, or services, whether known now or discovered in the future.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. Any unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving intent.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications.
